Trying to change an image from one book (in this case, a less than sympathetic character) to another provides both challenge and opportunities and you did a great job of explaining both. I think a lot of time I get hung up on the challenge part and forget all the oppportunities I have to to make my characters richer and more fulling developed. You did a nice job of showing just what we can do with a difficult issue from a previous book. Well done!
