What was this book about?
Small town girl Heather Westfield always wanted to leave her small town and be part of the fashion industry. Instead she marries, and has a daughter. When a famous designer comes to her town to open a store, she has to attend the opening. She meets the designer Jean-Luc, who is more then she ever imagined. He is attacked and she must save him – not knowing that this action will put her life in danger. He is attracted to her, but even more than that he needs to protect her from his enemies, but can he protect her from his secrets.
What was your favorite part about this book?
I love all the characters in these books – from the baby Constantine. To Ian who wants to look older then the 15 years old that he was when he died and was turned.
What was your least favorite part about this book?
The thoughts that go through my head in that some of the humans have to turn or they will not be able to spend their lives together. And what happens to the children? It isn’t brought up in the books, but the mixing of humans and vampires leave a bit to be desired in forever. And the fact they can’t have children unless someone is alive in the mix.
