Once Smitten, Twice Shy

Once Smitten, Twice Shy by Lori Wilde (Wedding Veil Wishes)

What was this book about?
Ever since her divorce Tish Gallagher has had a hard time. She can’t seem to make enough to pay her bills, she can’t stop her crazy spending sprees, and her career as a videographer. Then a chance of a lifetime comes up, she is offered the chance to videotape the wedding of the first daughter. There is one major (and crazy) catch – the groom is her ex-husband. Shane Tremont, the ex, is a secret service agent who got caught up in the whole thing protecting the first daughter. He has never gotten over his ex and just wants to find a way to move on in his life.

What was your favorite part about this book?
You can’t help but like the first daughter. She is a bit naïve but still she has a lot of great characteristics.

What was your least favorite part about this book?

I didn’t think that the whole quickness of the engagement between the first daughter and Shane was expected. It was almost a little much to think that the president really would be ok with this. I guess it is understandable because he risked his life.

What genre would you consider this?

Contemporary Romance

Overall:
B, I think I might read more of these Wedding Veil Wishes novels.
